Wetherby Computer Centre has obtained some invaluable help along the way and wishes to thank so very many people.

This page will grow longer as time passes but at the moment we wish to honour the people who have been so very helpful to us so far.

If you are one of the many people who have assisted us (you know who you are) please don't be upset or feel slighted that we haven't included you here yet.

We will get around to everyone eventually.

With the large number of virus' flying around at the moment we thought that we should also put a link to the Symantec Website which lists all the Virus Removal Tools to virtually all virus'. You don't need to have a copy of any antivirus to run these. All you need to do, if you suspect that you have one of these, is download the appropriate Removal Tool from HERE save it to your desktop, turn off "system restore" if you have it, then restart your machine in "safe mode" (tap F8 as your PC is booting, then choose 'safe mode' from the list that is displayed.) When your PC is in safe mode run the Removal Tool that you have just downloaded. These rules apply for the majority of the virus removal tools, but please read all the instructions BEFORE you do anything as we can't be held responsible for any mistakes that you make.
